Initial release.

• Four resource page block layouts, Value Splitter: Primary, Secondary, Media and Overflow, available for item, media and item set pages.
• Per-site configuration page at Value Splitter in the admin sidebar: assign properties to blocks with a searchable tag input, give each block an optional heading, and choose what a block does when it has nothing to show (hidden, placeholder text, or an empty container).
• Overflow block can act as a catch-all that renders every property not assigned to the Primary or Secondary blocks.
• Media block renders all media attached to an item and can be switched off.
• Export a site's configuration as JSON and import it into another site.
• Respects the site setting Exclude resources not in site when rendering linked resources.
• Tidied spacing and padding on the admin configuration page.
