The Accordion splits the block's text at its headings into sections that open and close, as for questions and answers.

Writing the text
Make each section title a Heading 2 (or Heading 3) with the editor's format menu; the text under it is the section. Text before the first heading stays above the sections.

Accessibility
WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices accordion: each section title is a heading holding a button with aria-expanded; Up and Down arrows, Home and End move between the buttons. Panels are labeled regions when there are six sections or fewer. Closed sections use hidden="until-found": the browser's find-in-page still finds their text and opens them, and a link to an id inside a closed section opens it. Without JavaScript every section is open.
