A Call to Action asks visitors to do something: visit, write in, share, browse. It has a heading, a little text and up to two buttons, on a panel.

On the public site
The block is the theme's .v-cta inside one of its section color classes (.section-tint, .section-primary, .section-accent, .section-dark). A block with no heading, text or button prints nothing. The same block is available as the [bs_cta] shortcode.
