A Callout sets a note apart from the text around it: a definition, a warning, a "did you know".
Options

| Heading, Heading level | Optional heading at the top of the box (Heading 2, 3 or 4). |
| Color | Primary (the theme's callout), Accent or Neutral. |
On the public site
The block is the theme's .v-callout box, at reading width. Each color uses a text and background pair the theme has checked for contrast. An empty block prints nothing.
